AS OF 5/5/2025 We have Recently Consolidated the 4 smaller locations we were renting and PURCHASED 2 Large Properties! The strip mall on North 76th and the three buildings on Kinnickinnic Ave! We made this decision so we can serve Milwaukee 20 more years! Tender Car Collision is happy to now own all our buildings instead of renting. We are honored to serve Milwaukee since 2002.
Remember in the State of Wisconsin you can choose where you want to fix your vehicle when you need auto body repair and are using your insurance company. Don't let the insurance company confuse you into thinking you MUST use one of their "Direct Repair" or "Network" repair facilities. You can choose to fix where ever you want. All we need is your car, your insurance company, and a claim number and we can handle everything!
When you need auto body you will notice that your insurance company pushing extra hard to use one of their "direct repair" or "network" auto body repair facilities. There is a reason for this! It is because the insurance company often gets a discount at those shops. They have signed a contract with that shop so the insurance gets a discount in exchange for being put on their "preferred" list. This is NOT in the consumers (YOU!) best interest. The shop essentially works for the insurance company NOT YOU. They are worried about making the insurance company happy and fixing the car as cheaply as possible. When insurance companies sign a contract with the auto body shop owner and negotiate a discount, YOU PAY FOR THAT WITH YOUR DEDUCTIBLE!
Instead of giving the insurance company a discount I give YOU the discount by saving your deductible. Tender Car Collision does not sign any contracts with insurance. We don't depend insurance companies to send us work and put us on their list. INSTEAD we pay for advertisements that educate the consumer on their option to choose.
